Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design and development of connector manufacturing process, and the formulation and maintenance of related process documents.
2. Responsible for process stability monitoring, analysis, change and continuous optimization in the actual production process. Achieve production line efficiency and yield targets.
3. Responsible for the development and maintenance of production equipment, tooling and molds. Participate in supplier evaluation and management.
4. Responsible for the process training and guidance of production line staff, organizing resources for production.
Participate in the quality management process.
Job Requirements:
Familiar with IATF16949 system requirements, familiar with automotive connector industry requirements.
2. Proficient in using Creo/Solidworks/Autocad, UG, Autocad, familiar with ERP maintenance and use.
3. More than 3 years of production process experience in automotive connector industry is preferred; Familiar with injection molding and stamping process of connectors.
Ability to use English as working language.
5. Be able to work under pressure and be a team player.
