Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for recruitment, appointment, reception and interview of interviewees;

2. Handled employee entry procedures, signed, renewed and managed employee labor contracts;

3. Establishment and management of internal employee files;

4. Responsible for coordinating with other departments and communicating information well

5. Responsible for administrative and logistics related work of various departments of the company;

6. Responsible for checking attendance and salary performance;

7. Assisted the superior to make job description for each department, supervised and implemented it after approval;

8. Responsible for the formulation, supervision and implementation of enterprise management rules and regulations, administrative and personnel management system, work process and performance appraisal system

9. Responsible for organizing corporate culture construction, including company celebration, annual meeting arrangement, conference organization, cultural and sports activities arrangement, etc.;

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above in human resource Management, administration, Chinese language, Secretary, Chinese Language and literature or related majors;

2. Have more than 1 year HR experience, have HR professional knowledge;

3. Good written and oral expression skills, affinity and service awareness, strong communication and comprehension ability;

4. Familiar with common office software and related personnel management software;

5, understand the national labor laws and policies;

6. Hard-working, meticulous and serious in work, strong in principle, with good execution and professional quality;

7, have a strong sense of responsibility and professional dedication, fair and just, rigorous work, can work under great pressure.
