Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for pre-project coordination and demand confirmation with customers.
2. Develop project development plan according to customer's technical requirements;
3. Organize and hold the project launch meeting and establish APQP team;
4. Project schedule management. Hold regular project development progress meeting; Submit project progress report to superior regularly;
5. Responsible for docking with design and development, process, production and procurement departments, and solving problems in project design and pilot production;
6. Organize and convene the acceptance and closing of projects;
7. Organize to solve problems and risks in the project.
Job Requirements:
1. More than 5 years project working experience in automotive industry, familiar with IATF16949 system;
2. Familiar with APQP documents and preparation requirements;
3. Experienced in following up mass production projects;
4.Familiar with OEM or tier 1 supplier process, experience in electronic components industry is preferred;
