Job Responsibilities:
1. According to market demand, complete demand analysis, competitive product analysis, product planning, product definition, product pricing, cost analysis budget, development plan, etc
2. Complete product development and design, validation (experiment design, product parameter confirmation), product change management (change evaluation, analysis, implementation).
3. Coordinate, solve and evaluate the rationality of the solution to the abnormality in the product design process;
4. Complete the selection and import of new materials, new materials and new processing technology involved in the product development process; Focus on supplier development, evaluation and management.
5. Write technical documents in product development projects and submit technical materials for archiving.Participate in production and quality, solve product problems.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, major in mechanical, material, electronics, familiar with connector products is preferred;
2.At least 3 years experience as connector or manufacturing product engineer or R&D engineer;
3. Have certain knowledge reserve of project management, new product development ability, strong execution ability, good communication and coordination ability, and good ability to work under pressure.
4.Familiar with IATF16949 system requirements, familiar with automotive industry development process, familiar with LV214&USCAR standard requirements.
5. Proficient in using Creo/Solidworks/Autocad, UG, use of CAE software Moldflow, Ansys, etc
6.Ability to use English as working language.
7. Be able to work under pressure and be a team player.
